I am pleased to share some of the leading research and education on pain. If you have chronic or persistent pain then it is prudent that you educate yourself. Research shows that those that get education to understand the nervous system and how it relates to pain get better, faster.

Getting out of pain requires a multi-faceted approach involving your mind, body and spirit.
