2011-08-10 Prepping for Short Video Series

Like many of you I have been doing lots of trail running and biking, to soak in as much beautiful summer Fernie weather as possible. In order to keep my body moving and functioning well, I adhere to a short therapy sequence to maintain my leg bone mobility in my pelvis, ensure that my front line remains open and long, relieve any tension that may have developed in my upper body and continue to maintain great load transfer and connection through my feet, legs, pelvis and torso.

In order to help you do the same, and maintain pain-free exercise, I am in the process of developing short video segments which I will be posting here and on my facbook page. This way you can try the same sequence at home and see how you feel.
