Cancellation Policy

At Living Truth Therapeutic our goal is to provide quality service that meets the needs of as many clients as possible. We understand that everyone's time is important and that is why we adhere to a courteous and clear cancellation policy.

Your appointment time is reserved just for you, and if you should need to cancel your scheduled appointment, we require that you call to notify us at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment.

Cancellations less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full price of the scheduled sesion.

How to cancel your appointment:

In order to avoid being billed for a missed session please call 250.423.0833 at least 24 hours in advance, so that another client can take your place.
